Academic Integrity: All assignments, assessments, and project work must represent your original effort. Plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal from programs.
Confidentiality: Information shared during training sessions, including case studies, participant discussions, and proprietary methodologies, must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

- Respect for intellectual property rights of AgileWorks and third parties
- Compliance with data protection regulations including GDPR requirements

3. Content Guidelines and Usage Restrictions
Permitted Activities:
- Personal use of training materials for learning
- Application of methodologies in professional practice
- Sharing general concepts with colleagues
- Using learned skills for career advancement
Prohibited Activities:
- Commercial redistribution of course materials
- Recording or copying proprietary content
- Creating competing training programs using our content
- Reverse engineering of our training methodologies
4. Age Restrictions and Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent for enrollment in professional training programs.
Professional Background: Certain advanced courses may require specific work experience or educational prerequisites as outlined in course descriptions.
Language Proficiency: Adequate English language skills required for participation in training sessions and completion of assessments.
Participant Responsibilities and Indemnification
5. Legal Compliance Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including professional licensing requirements and continuing education obligations.
6. Indemnification Obligations
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgileWorks from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their misuse of training materials, violation of these terms, or unlawful conduct in connection with our services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Participants must respect the privacy of fellow participants and instructors, and comply with data protection requirements when handling any personal information shared during training sessions.
8. Third-Party Interactions
Any interactions with third-party vendors, certification bodies, or external training platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions, for which AgileWorks assumes no responsibility.
Liability Limitations and Warranty Disclaimers
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Training services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, certification success, or fitness for particular purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability limited to course fees paid
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Exclusion of lost profits or business opportunities
- Time limitation for claims: 12 months from occurrence
11. Consequential Damages Exclusion
- No liability for career advancement outcomes
- Exclusion of damages from third-party certification failures
- No responsibility for employment decisions by employers
- Limitation on technology-related service interruptions
12. Force Majeure Provisions
AgileWorks shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or technical infrastructure failures. Alternative delivery methods will be provided when feasible.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, specifically the District Court of Limassol.
Language: In case of translation disputes, the English version of these terms shall prevail.
14. Dispute Resolution Procedures
Initial Resolution Steps:
- Direct communication with customer service
- Formal written complaint submission
- Management review and response within 14 days
- Mediation through Cyprus Mediation Centre if needed
Formal Legal Procedures:
- Arbitration proceedings where applicable
- Court proceedings as last resort
- Legal fees responsibility based on Cyprus law
- Enforcement of judgments through proper channels
15. Severability Clause
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
16. Terms Modification Policy
Amendment Process: AgileWorks reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice to registered participants.
Notification Method: Changes will be communicated via email and website posting, with effective date clearly specified.
Continued Use: Continued use of our services after effective date constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Certification Standards and Professional Obligations
17. Certification Validity and Recognition
Certificates issued by AgileWorks are valid for the specific training program completed and are recognized within the scope of our accreditation. External recognition by employers or professional bodies is subject to their individual policies and requirements.
18. Continuing Education Requirements
Participants pursuing professional certifications may be subject to continuing education requirements as mandated by relevant certification bodies. AgileWorks provides support but is not responsible for ensuring individual compliance with external requirements.
19. Professional Ethics and Standards
Participants are expected to uphold professional ethics and standards in their application of learned methodologies. Misrepresentation of qualifications or unethical use of training content may result in certificate revocation.
