7. Multiple Account Policy

One primary account per individual participant
Corporate accounts available for organizational training
Account sharing prohibited except where authorized
Account transfer requires formal approval process

Service Availability and Modifications

8. Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our online training platforms. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance, and we will minimize disruption to ongoing courses and training sessions.

9. Course Availability

Course schedules subject to minimum enrollment requirements
Training materials accessible during enrollment period
Instructor availability based on published schedules
Make-up sessions for missed classes when possible

10. Geographic Restrictions

Primary services focused on Cyprus market
Online courses available to international participants
Local compliance with Cyprus education regulations
Time zone considerations for live training sessions

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Course content may be updated to reflect industry best practices and certification requirements. Participants will be notified of significant changes that may affect their training experience.

Intellectual Property Rights

12. Content Ownership

All course materials, training content, methodologies, and proprietary resources remain the intellectual property of AgileWorks or our licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

13. User-Generated Content Rights

Participants retain ownership of their original work and assignments. By submitting content for review or assessment, you grant AgileWorks a limited license to use such content for educational and evaluation purposes.

14. License Grants

Enrolled participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal learning purposes during their enrollment period and for reasonable time thereafter for reference purposes.

15. Copyright and Trademark

The AgileWorks name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks. Use of our intellectual property requires explicit written permission. We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect the same from our participants.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

16. Payment Terms

Course fees due at time of registration
Payment in Euro (€) for all Cyprus-based services
Corporate billing arrangements available
Late payment may result in access suspension

17. Cancellation Policy

Full refund available 14 days before course start
50% refund available 7 days before course start
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days
Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis

18. Course Transfers

Transfer to future course dates subject to availability
Transfer fees may apply for administrative costs
Maximum one transfer per registration
Transfers must be requested before course start date

19. Force Majeure

Course postponement due to circumstances beyond control
Alternative delivery methods when possible
Full refund or course credit for cancelled courses
No liability for additional participant expenses
